At MrShoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new pair isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your MrShoes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
